Just saw this on PlayAsia's page. Only question I have for you guys is, would RFA Trophies and DLC work on this version despite it being Korean?

I ordered the Korean version of Crackdown from them and it worked perfectly - all in English, etc. - plus the box art was way cooler if you are into that stuff. Don't be afraid to pull the trigger.

DLC from one region to another can be iffy. Some may work with all region versions of a particular game, and some will only work with the region they were released in.
