Best Buy offers used Uncharted 2 GOTY Edition for $10 shipped. Last time they did this, the free shipping disappeared fast, so get it while it's good.

OP should say Pre-owned/Used. And Amazon was selling the vanilla version for 9.99 at some point. Not sure if they ever made a GOTY version with DLC on disc but I do remember the early print ones was a DLC slip, so this might just end up being a GOTY version disc but with only the content of the original.

I tried three different targets and it always rang up to $30 and they wouldn't match the online price.

Is that just a YMMV clearance deal or is it that price at all Targets that list it as "in stock'?

The DLC is on a scratch-off code, not on the disc. Since this is a used game there is a very strong chance you're not getting the DLC.
