your welcome. i bought this game yesterday for 10 bucks and I do not regret it. This is a steal though for a great game. The Witcher 2 is also on sale for $24 on Amazon
 
I got this for the same price during that recent Steam Sale, i'm surprised no one mentioned it during the sale but for this promotion its on CAG and SD.

Now I just need to find time to actually play the game.

Wondering this too. I see I pass the minimum settings but my pos graphics card doesn't do the recommended lol.

edit: nvm I remembered my pc can't even play company of heros I bought from steam and that came out 2 years before this lol. No way my pc is running it.

My GOG copy does... that's all I've ever played The Witcher on... Win 7 x64

It does not register with Steam. Usually when a big retail game registers with Steam, it will state it in the system requirements because of it requiring Steam as its DRM.
