Just came back from Walmart and noticed this was in the cheap game section next to the computer games with a regular price tag which makes me think it's not going back up.

It may (will eventually) even wind up in one of those 2 (or 3!) for 30 deals.

I just bought this from newegg after seeing a thread about this but I can't find it or I'd add to it. Sorry.

Buddy of mine called me a few hours ago to tell me the exact same thing. I bought it about seven weeks ago and it was still 40 but I was using credit at K-Mart and was like, whatever.
 
I bought the last copy at my nearest walmart last night. Did some current price research on my phone and decided to buy it when I saw it was $40 everywhere else.
