I had 2 poor transactions at Gamestop, 1 at Best Buy so I guess for me Gamestop takes the crown.

I know GS is going to take the crown but I haven't had any negative transactions with them in quite a long time. My vote went to Wal-Mart for the way they handle their Black Friday video game deals... which is to incite riots.

Kmart without a doubt. Literally the only retailer where I feel like I am hated by the employees.

Best Buy. I bought the $60 Tiger Woods Move Bundle, they backordered soon after, but sent the free promotional Nav controller, they cancelled and charged me for the Nav.

Best Buy. Their salespeople are WAY to aggressive.

If anyone but Gamestop gets votes here, I'll be very disappointed.

Walmart. Never has good sales and crap story anyways.

Definitely Gamestop, since they don't even try cleaning their inventory.

I know Gamestop will win as always, but I put in my annual vote for Walmart. I just can't stand going there in general and it is even worse for video games. Not having consistent clearance pricing drives me nuts.

I've gotten some good deals at GS, and I can use my trade-in credit to make them even cheaper. Anyone who knows how to be a good CAG would not vote GS ;). Plus, just recently I was able to call Gamestop and have them hold Skylanders figures my kids were looking for until I could get up there later in the evening - no other retailer would do that.

Just to be contrary, Wal-Mart is laughable near where I live. The have few new titles (unless you like shooters or sports) and charge MSRP (I honestly cannot remember last discount I saw there...) and if you do want to buy a game always a chore to hunt down an employee (who are never knowledgable or helpful).

While my Gamestop purchases have vastly gone down over course of past 10 years I occasionally stop by, if only because girl at local one knows games and is helpful (she even directed me to other places for deals...I think she hates it there at GS)

Best Buy, they sell my pre-orders, have terrible customer service. I like GameStop, the guys that work at the one by me are cool.

Only one opens games, pulls out the contents and sells whats left at full retail price.
