Looking to get some negative Feedback removed

I received some negative feedback after the game I traded took longer to arrive than it was suppose to. However, the game arrived the day after the negative feedback was left. The user left positive feedback at that point, but the negative feedback is still there. I know I am suppose to contact a moderator to work this situation out, but I am not sure how to look one up. Any help would be appreciated
