Would be nice if it worked on the UC3 Bundled 320GB PS3...does it work?? :D
Yes...

Just so you know. This is in the fine print of the coupon "Posting of this offer may result in suspension of membership".Not sure what they mean, but I would be careful.

lol, that's pathetic

I wonder if they would match gamestops deal, they have the uncharted bundle plus uncharted 1 and 2 for $299.
Not trying to be funny: Why would they not want people to post their deals?
did you not see what happened with Batman AC?
Deciding on whether or not to get the UC3 bundle cuz I already have UC3.
Trade your opened copy for $25 + 40%(preorder) + 10%(if you have unlocked). That's $37.50 off your new PS3 and you get your game back.
did you not see what happened with Batman AC?
That's a good point. Now if they would only give away PS3's for $9.99.

I should be ok - I work for Best Buy :)

To clarify, you can post this offer - just not the coupons or codes to go along with these RZGC offers. If you post those, then a suspension is likely coming your way.

You're all suspended from my heart.

EDIT: And, dave, unless you are willing to admit that you work at corporate and helped write this policy, then I don't think it's safe to assume what BB possibly means by this. And if you are willing to admit that, then I hope you have some kind of kevlar based fire-retardant suit on.
I didn't. What happened?
Batman AC on sale last week for 29.99. @gamer coupon $20 off Batman AC

Lots of @gamer mags sold and a whole lot of $9.99 Batmans left Best Buy.

Dude, awesome post! I was looking for a good deal on a PS3.

@dave44 - Since you work at Best Buy, would this work if my bar-code didn't print? I printed the coupon thingy, but my barcode did not print. My printer is a little screwed up and light black colors often don't print. Everything else printed, including the offer number below the barcode. Will they still be able to put it in manually ?
They should have figured out that they could have possibly sold 1 B:AC for every mag they printed.

I didn't. What happened?
I'd imagine two things are in play: (1) a lot of people were able to use the same mag multiple times and/or have the clerks scan the coupons out the mag without buying the mag and/or have the clerks take their printed copies, so stuff got out of hand -- either this or like hologram coupons will be the only way to stop that stuff (and that only stops the copying); and (2) with the way a lot of corporate stuff works they probably have the "money from the mags" sorted in such a way that they are not including that in their "money from the sale of games" type of count -- which I think is a mistake, because assuming they sell ad space in it, I think being able to say you have X subscribers and that your magazine sold out even though hundreds of copies went to the stores would probably help with ad revenue (assuming that the advertisers don't look to close into why this is the most popular magazine ever all of a sudden).

You should be good as long as you claimed the offer on the site. Just need your RZ card when you buy it and it should ring up at the correct price.
Just so you know. Would be very difficult to prove this being the internet an all.

But I won't be surprised if measures are put into place to are geared to make people buy multiple mags & knowing BB they'll do when there's a really in demand coupon just like AC.
Not trying to be funny: Why would they not want people to post their deals?
BB is kinda stupid that way.

you mean like last week deal, who got pawned thanks to scum from SD and FW?

looks like all my bestbuy near me are out of uncharted 3 bundles; do u think it's possible to do a return rebuy if i bought using ship to store option?

Just got back. Uncharted 3 TIV base 25 with 40% bonus bump it to 35. So got PS3 w/ UC3 for 220 plus tax. Not bad at all now to re-download every online pass, my 2 free games, update the firmware, synch my trophy list.

Got one today. You don't need the coupon, like dave said. Just claim the offer online and when they hit total the 50 bucks will come off.

Anyone get them to pm Gamestop deal with this one

And also how much trade-in can I get for a 250GB slim and do they take ylod ps3

My local Best Buy supposedly only has the 160GB in stock, but the Uncharted 3 bundle is available for shipping\ship to store - anyone know if I go into the store to order for shipping (either to me or to the store), would I be able to use the coupon? (I'll probably go at my lunch and try anyway, just wondering what I should anticipate...)

I was able use an "in store only" coupon through the BB guy ordering it in the store for store pick-up. I paid for it, and came back the next week to get it.

I traded my PS3 into Gamestop the other day and upgraded to the Uncharted bundle. I haven't opened it yet, so I'm going to try to return it to Best Buy and rebuy with the $50 off. What are the chances they'll take it without a receipt?

Slim to none. BB doesn't do no-receipt returns. Plus, consoles are tracked by serial number. BB will know it didn't come from them.

Not happening. They need a receipt for all returns.

If you did purchase from Best Buy, then that's a different story. That way, they could look up in their system and reprint the receipt.

Why is everyone trading in their PS3s to get a PS3? Are you upgrading from the fattys? Is it really worth all this money? I've been very happy with my fat one, and certainly wouldn't shell out $200+ for another PS3.

returns without a receipt are ymmv, but usually never for consoles. i returned a helghast edition killzone 3 without a receipt, got a nice 79.99 gift card for it. i told them it was a gift, they put me on the spot and asked who gave it to me so i made up a name and telephone number.

i think its because people feel like their fattys are gonna die soon...and it'd be a terrible feeling to pass on this deal only to have your fat ps3 die next week or next month or even next year leaving you stuck with a giant paper weight and knowing you could've received $175 for it.

How long is this deal going on? I've been wanting a PS3 for a while. Keeping my fingers crossed that the PS4 won't be out for a while, or else I'll be kicking myself for not just waiting.

I would be careful with what you post. Honestly, I'm surprised confoosious isn't here yet. What you are describing is return fraud, and is usually very looked down upon here.

LOL me too. Knowing him he's probably out kicking some kittens or yelling at children for enjoying life. He'll be here later to provide that poster a self-righteous lecture.

I took the coupon into the store to see if they could ring it up in store and have it delivered there (no 320GB of any kind in stock in within a two hour drive). He tried but it wouldn't let him ring up a PS3 without scanning a console serial number. I ordered online with ship to store, and they should have it before the coupon expires. Guess I'll ask them to apply the coupon when I pick it up (the Best Buy here tends to be pretty reasonable, so I don't see why they wouldn't).

For me the issue involved hard drive space. While it is easy enough to upgrade the HDD, the current HDD prices of a 2.5" 500GB (or more) SATA are $70+. So it makes more sense to get a newer system with the HDD already in it, while at the same time getting the Uncharted trilogy.

While Confoosious won't like this, he'll probably go easier on this comment than normal because the intent isn't terribly malicious. The poster just wanted to give them an unopened system in exchange for the unopened system he purchased. He didn't even realize that the serial number would be an issue. This is different than the clown who posts about how he bought a game for $10 from Best Buy and returned it to walmart (where he did not make a previous purchase) without a receipt for $59.99.
