(Dead) Portal Gun (Amazon Preorder): $139.99 w/ FSSS

I emailed the buyer letting him know exactly the condition it was it in and he said he knew about how badly NECA had shipped them and only cared about the gun, not the box.
I really emailed Amazon mainly to complain about how NECA shipped the items to them. Didn't ask for anything. I should be ok, as I rarely contact Amazon for adjustments. They've been so good to me.

^ I agree. I contact AZ only in the rare instance that my item is broken or not as described.
As it concerns your eBay buyer(s) understand that partial refunds are the biggest scam going. eBay almost encourages it with their pro buyer atmosphere. Buyers understand most sellers don't want a neg or low DSR's so they are able to bully a seller into giving them what they want.
If you can get a buyer to admit through eBay messaging that they want a credit or they will neg you or leave low DSR's you can almost always get that cleaned up by eBay; as you have proof that they are trying to use feedback manipulation.
Unless the buyer is reasonable in their request I almost ALWAYS tell them I am sorry I did not meet their expectations but it is my policy that I do not offer partial refunds but will be more then happy to issue a Full refund upon return of the item.
If you sold your Portal Gun to someone in the U.S. that might not work depending on how upset they are about the condition as it will only cost them a few dollars to send it back with delivery/signature confirmation. Where I sold mine to buyers in Austrlia they will end up losing out on about $90 in return shipping costs so they are going to be less likely to return them.
I'm hoping I don't run into any issues and none of you do either. Flipping is generally frowned up on CAG but I can honestly say that if I didn't have a few good finds like this a year then I would not have half of the collection that i currently own.
I didn't run into a single buyer with this item that asked for more photos or if it is was in "mint" condition. Typically my OCD buyers with high expectations are clear about that type of thing prior to purchasing.
Shipping in the US with a properly packed box costs at the very minimum $20 with signature confirm but no insurance.
Thanks for the tip about the feedback manipulation threats. I've had a similar experience before.

I was thinking about getting it replaced by NECA, but I've been reading online and some people have had a few non working LEDs on the claws or scratches where the claw stopper hits the white part of the gun. (you wouldnt see the ones on mine on display) Don't know if I want to risk for something that could be worse.

No scratches on mine, no LED problems either. If its not noticeable, I'd probably keep it. Who knows what you'd get back.
Yeah that's probably what I'm going to do. But here's a pic of one of the scratches anyhow. You can't see it unless its directly in the light.
Again, it's on the bottom so no one will see it when it's on display. I'm just annoyed that it came out of the box that way. But then again most people wouldn't have even seen it in the first place, I'm just OCD and look over every detail too much.

I'm 100% shocked that books still exist in today's day and age. I thought they'd be out by now. They make up like 1% of today's entertainment and unless you're 60 or older, stray away from books and start emersing yourself with real entertainment.

Did you guys order from a restock or from Amazon's first batch?
I ordered on the day that Amazon had restocked. My expected delivery date was May 14-18 but it has been delayed because supossedly Amazon has still not received them yet. The Amazon rep kindly offered convert my free super saver shipping to One Day Shipping.
