Importing Games from Europe

Hi CAGs,

I got a hankering for the Freedom Edition of Assassin's Creed 3, but came to the sad realization that it is exclusive to Europe--it looks like Gamestop doesn't ship overseas. Does anyone have any experience shipping region exclusives over to the US? Any recommendations for (relatively) cheap and reliable services that can help get it to my house in California?

(If a European CAG wants to help me out...that'd be appreciated too!)

They ship to the U.S. and will routinely have every CE that the U.S. doesn't get. You could also check out The Hut, which is an affiliated site.

Right now there's 3 versions of the "Join Or Die" special edition of AC III on there.

In order to figure out the cost from the site in U.S. dollars though you'll need to go to a currency conversion site and likely pay an additional fee per order for international transactions.

The Zavvi site uses the British Pound.

All of those are about as reliable as zavvi.

Thanks, guys! I've used those sites before...but it looks like the Freedom Edition is a Gamestop exclusive so it won't be available through the sites you've listed. My question still stands...any help?

zavvi had the freedom edition available already but it sold out the first day.
