Jeff George has one of the strongest arms ever. When moss is spreading the field it's pretty easy to be open.

Again, Carter was dominant even before Moss. Even more so considering he didn't have to share as much. The fact he stayed relevant at an old age and adjusted is more credit to how great he was.
