[Contest] Win an Xbox 360 + Black Ops II

Sad day. No entries allowed for U.S. citizens in U.S. territories. I'm tired of contests, websites, etc treating us like second rate. Shipping is a non-issue, the USPS treats us (Puerto Rico at least) like a State.
