Trying To Remember A Music Video

So, back in the 90s, MTV would play this music video all the time, and I don't remember much about it, hell, I don't even remember what the song sounded like, but here's what I do remember and I'm hoping somebody could remember the name of it.

1. The music video looked like it took place in Ireland because there were a lot of green, rolling hills.
2. It had just one guy singing, and he looked like a dock worker, meaning he was wearing a peacoat and cap, sort of like the guy in this picture.

3. In the hill, there was a bunch of white stones shaped like a horse and it kept showing far away shots of it.
4. I think the song's title had something to do with breathing. This could include breathe, inhale, exhale or something similar, or none of those things, maybe I'm hallucinating.

Might have been MTV2, if that even still exists. (Hasn't had cable in a decade)
