Just saw this at Future Shop while picking up Gravity Rush; it includes a one-month Live Gold card and 480 Microsoft Points. Pretty solid deal if you're interested in all these games, particularly in the case of Forza 3 UC which doesn't seem to go under $30 very often.

This is not a Future Shop only pack, EB Games has this as well. It's not that good of a selection, these games are pretty old.

It's not a "hot" deal, but it's decent if you want all three games.
