A 72-year-old Teaneck, New Jersey resident was taken into custody by police last night after he reportedly aimed a gun at a neighbor who farted outside his door.

Daniel Collins and the unidentified victim, 47, live in the same apartment complex, and had apparently been feuding for "some time" over "noise complaints" prior to yesterday's incident.

I remember a story a little while back about a cop arresting someone for farting and charging them with something like battery iirc. So therefore, this is only the next logical step in the evolution of things.

Next thing you know someone is gonna get wasted from inhaling flatulance and chew someones face off, or something.....

He stood his ground. At the hearing to determine whether stand your ground applies, the alleged "victim" will be checked for skid marks.

Farted outside his door? So...were they arguing through the door and then he heard the offender ripping one towards the door and went balistic?
