Games and Collections menu - not working

I have difficult time trying to get into Games and Collections menu which I'm trying to update my own collections and trade... everytime I click on it.. often times, it doesn't work.

The top menu will show something like:
Check out the Price Tracker to see all of today's price drops!

But,.. it just stalls.. at the bottom it says "transferring data...."
always just stalls.. and keeps spinning.

I'm using Firefox and I have disable all my ads on this page as well but it still having issues. I have no problem accessing other pages on CAG.

Can someone please help?

i can't get it to import my collection at all!
