Marketplace trade not closing

I have a trade through the MP that will not update so we can exchange feedback. It has been a week since they received their game and it says that both items have been shipped and received (at least on my page). Any idea why it is not updating? I would really like to close out the trade.

You can just leave feedback outside of the marketplace. No one really cares if its inside or outside.
