And not to sound like "that guy" but I could see a class action eventually coming from this, as it seems more or less like a money-making racket. I've been charged refurb fees for some games that had very little scratching, and was given games that were in HORRENDOUS condition. So, where is this refurb money actually going?
It's going into bonuses for managers that can rack up these fees.lol There are some stores I won't trade to anymore because there is always a refurb fee. One time the manager tried to sneak one in on the most expensive game of my trade while I walked away from the counter to look at something. the game was complete with no scratches. He just stuffed my receipt in the bag with my purchases and didn't say a word. Needless to say, when I discovered it at home, I did the feedback online, gave them all 1s and described what the manager did. I really like how he slapped it on a high tiv game so the fee was $3 not $1.
