Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition $24.99 on Xbox @ microsoft store online

Picked this up over a month ago at BB with a pm from Fry's for $20. Decent deal but it could be better considering MS has been clearing out older games for much cheaper.

i also went to BB but their policy is to PM only when the brick and mortar store still has it in stock. Fry's was OOS, so no PM... so i've waited this long already, might as well wait a bit longer. still, this is a pretty good price if you consider what you're getting.
Does anyone know if this comes with an awesome slipcover like fallout 3 goty did?
I'm pretty sure it doesn't.

It will go lower. Black Friday is right around the corner.
This is very tempting. I haven't even finished/started Fallout 3 GOTY, probably should wait for $20.
You cant actually be serious you haven't started it yet! Just WOW!

I have over 30 games in my backlog that I need to start or finish up. I love RPGs, but they take forever to finish.

I started it but didn't put enough time in it to continue. I got as far as getting out of the first vault. I got ended hooked on Borderlands.

I put 100 hours into the main story and beating everything I could.
By the time I did all of that I just felt like I needed a break and didn't play the DLC for Fallout 3.

Then somehow I ended up starting Skyrim instead of going back to finish Fallout 3 and I've never made it back yet - let alone starting Fallout New Vegas or Oblivion.

It definitely does not. It does have alternate box art from the Fallout NV vanilla game though. Instead of seeing The Courier facing you in a medium shot, he's looking down on New Vegas.

I looked for a while to find the NV vanilla slip cover. Talked them into giving it to me free at a local Gamestop. Goes nicely with my NV collector's edition set too. I sold the game a while ago, but I don't think it came with the slipcover.

Same here. Made it outside then just stop playing. Dunno why, guess my other games held more interest. I will pick it back up again, eventually.

Oblivion (GOTY) was my first 360 game, it's my favorite of all my games, and I still haven't finished it. But I'm close. DA:Origins and Blue Dragon are also on my to do list. $25 is a good price for a New Vegas, but it'll probably drop down to $20 by the time I get around to playing it.

I haven't either lol, but my friend has. I've always been curious about it though.

Darn, just bought this with my welcome coupon for unlock buy 2 get 1 free.

Question.. do you think BB will price match? I still have it new, haven't open it yet.

Don't think I can, there is no physical microsoft store here sadly XD

I picked up the vanilla edition for $10 from BB last summer (the deal that got me to join CAG actually!) but have still yet to pick up any DLC. Probably could trade in the vanilla to BB now with the 100% promo and end up paying a little less for all the DLC...tempting.

You're right. They won't price match an online retailer. Has to be brick and mortor in your market (within 25 miles or so of you) and in stock.

How much did you pay? It's still not a bad deal. I mean, this game has TONS of gameplay and replay value so I wouldn't worry about it so much.

Not much, I got dragon dogma, new vegas and ME 3 with the welcome coupon. Traded in Sleeping dogs cause I finished it XD + 20 rz so ended up paying around $33 with tax XD

Went to the Microsoft Store in Costa Mesa, CA to pick it up, but had to get it price matched to the website first

Nice. You didn't do bad. I got NV Ultimate for $40 about 2-3 weeks after release, price matching at BB with a K-mart sale. I would've bought at K-mart, but they didn't have it in stock. I told the K-mart employee in Electronics to say it was in stock before I went to Best Buy.

Nice deal, but I just can't justify ordering again from the MS store after my Mass Effect 3 came in smashed and they weren't much help at all in getting it replaced.

I was waiting for a sub $20 price point, but felt justified purchasing the Ultimate Edition for $25 considering how much all the DLC is "worth."

Thanks OP!
