Should I buy this PS3?

A friend of mine said he would be willing to sell me his original ps3 for $200. He would include all the original cables + hdmi, two controllers, and a few games such as call of duty mw2, black ops, and fifa 12. Not sure if it is 60 or 80 gbs, but it can't play ps2 games. He bought it new from gamestop I think about 3 years ago and it has had no issues. It is also in great condition and runs cool.

I already own a ps3 slim in my room, but wanted another blu-ray player for the living room. Figured I'd get another ps3 as opposed to a stand alone player. I think it is a good deal, but I'm just worried about it dyeing on me a year later.

Or, should I just wait for the slim to drop to $200 and get a new one? What do you think? I'd appreciate any input. Thanks

Check Amazon Warehouse Deals because I believe Slims have been as cheap as $180 on there.

$200 for a non-BC Original PS3 is a terrible deal.
