I was in my local Toys R' Us (Independence, MO) today and they had select 3DS:3ds: games 2 for $40.

The major games were:

LEGO Lord of the Rings
Rayman Origins
Wreck It-Ralph

I also noticed some shovelware such as the Ubisoft Imagine titles were in the deal as well. I believe it's a weekend only sale. Picked up Rayman Origins for my brother's birthday and LEGO Lord of the Rings for myself.
