Nope they stopped doing that awhile ago.
 
I traded in Black Ops yesterday at Bestbuy for $18 after promo. Used my $5 off coupon for the call of duty magazine. Inside was a coupon for $20 off Black Ops. Went over to the thing that you can preorder games and such, searched for Black Ops, and the machine showed Black Ops on sale for $19.99. Printed out the receipt, bought a monster energy drink as a filler, and got the game for free. I was going to post this info earlier, but I didn't notice the coupons in the call of duty magazine expired yesterday.
