Anyone trying to do multi monitor will definitely be better off with something else. I would certainly spend more money since a good monitor can last at least 5 years. If I were to go this cheap Frys has a 99 led with slim bezel. Probably the same but likely better input lag than this sony
Edit: the frys deal is only one per customer. But if you take time and research you will find a good monitor at good price.
Any reason in particular this wont be good for a dual monitor set up other than it sometimes quits working on people (a power supply issue after reading into it)? For 100 dollars this a steal of a deal IMO. I have been looking for a second monitor and want to try out real 3D, not that red/cyan crap.
You have 30 days to add the Protection Plan to your purchase. You can go into the store with your receipt and customer service can add it on there for you. They just have to verify that the unit isn't already damaged so you will have to bring the item with you but other than that. You should have no issues.
I am seriously considering doing this. How long is the manufacturers warranty on this monitor? When I saw it come back in stock at around 11:45 I immediately put it in my cart and purchased as fast as possible, no time to add the warranty haha.
