I was taking advantage of the buy one, get one 50% off sale at Toys R Us and noticed when I added Metal Gear Solid HD Collection to my cart for PS3, they took an extra 20% off because I ordered it online and it's a clearance item, so it comes out to $23.99 before tax
Since that Amazon deal didn't last too long earlier at $19.99, this is the next cheapest I've seen it at. Just order online and it's available to pick up in store. I think if you combine it with the half off promo, it wipes out the 20% discount though. I put the link below for the PS3 version, may or may not be the same for the Xbox360 one, didn't check
