If it is gaming my suggestion is to dump the 610 as that is the bottleneck on the system for gaming performance. I am confused as you have 2 video cards listed - the 610 and a generic. With that said you may need to get a different power supply to support the load.
What I don't understand is why get a liquid cooling system and a 610 with a 300 Watt PSU? A CPU setup for performance with everything else around it being mediocre, hard drive excluded.
