I bought this TV in January of 2012 and I got the 3 yr extended warranty. My nephew was playing Wii and flung the controller to the TV. -_- The TV started to show me a crazy trippy visual show before it went all black and started to make a loud hum. The red led light just flashed red when on. There is a crack in the bottom center of the TV.

I called Brandsmart and told them my TV does not work and makes a loud hum, so they are sending a Brandsmart repair tech on Tuesday. Im pretty sure the repair guy will see the crack and be like oooh your extended warranty won't cover that and etc. My question is how much do you think I will get charged to fix it?

Brandsmart is good for one thing. Price matching at other retailers. Lots of people complain about them just honoring the extended warranty. Most manufacturers offer you the option, after you register the tv on their website, of buying an extended warranty through them.
