'Restructuring Specialist' Hilco bought HMV's £176 millions debt for £40 millions, not the business itself.

Another thing, HMV will turn into a supermarket to paid off remaining balance. It is reported that the high street retailer could sell up to half of their 230 stores nationwide with Morrisons, Tesco and Sainsbury's all believed to be interested in taking over stores and converting them into their own brand convenience stores.

These are all available to order now. Some more are also listed including the original Hulk movie, The Frighteners and Hot Fuzz. It comes out to about $24US shipped for one, but you'll save on shipping if you buy multiples. The bourne Trilogy one is a bit more (haven't gone through checkout to see exactly how much)

Good news, it looks like Amazon UK will be releasing the once Play.com exclusive Universal 100th anniversary releases. A very promising sign for the Steelbook market :D

The UK situation doesn't have anything to do with a US release. I think if we were getting one we'd probably know by now, but who knows.

No I was simply saying Amazon uk will probably get it depending on the HMV situation. So while we do not know about a world wide release for Skyfall, Amazon Germany has it and Amazon UK will probably get it. So its very likely that the list of retailers will grow

It about makes me sick to get on Ebay looking for steels and only seeing Best Buy ones listed.

I would say at least 60% are from best buy
(Actual register date 3/3/2009, not sure why I switched accounts)

That's what happens when 80% of US Steelbook releases are Best Buy exclusive.

IIRC, the non-BB Steels were the RE films, the Bourne films, and Total Recall, right?

Actually, according to the site, Scott Pilgrim is Region 1.

Ordered Pilgrim, Hulk, and the Bourne trilogy. Concerned that the site says the Bourne trilogy is one disc.

Get a refurb Insignia Blu-ray player from Best Buy. You won't find a cheaper solution. Read about it here: http://forum.blu-ray...ad.php?t=190357
