This is a secondary seller so I doubt they have tons of stock.
This did launch with the constant internet connection DRM but an update removed that to now make it check once you log in to the game, but you can disconnect after the check in.
$5 Shipped seems like a solid deal and good way to catch up before next the game comes out.
