I picked up a SNES again. First time in over 10 years since owning ~1992-2000. It came with an AC Adapter that actually says "Use with Super Nes and Virtual Boy Only". I'm guessing that would mean this AC Adapter was manufactured after 1995 and is official?

The controller looks official, says SNS-005 Rd 1991 Nintendo Made In Japan. Looks official. Is there any way to know for sure?

The AV Cable (not RF) is the only thing that sounds like it may be unofficial. It has Nintendo printed on the end of the SNES end, but the cable has these words on the cable itself, among others, KUK JE TONG SHIN. Does anyone know if that would be official Nintendo cable or not, possibly made for Nintendo later by what looks like a Chinese or Korean company? And if so would it affect the quality of my Super Nintendo's visuals or potentially hurt the Super Nintendo console?
