I know these dollar face value gift cards rarely go on sale but the keyword is "rarely." They do go on sale occasionally and I always miss the sales. Who are the retailers that I should always keep on my radar?
I think I recall Toys R Us and Target having sales on these types of items. Is this correct. If so, how often and is it usually around some type of event (Black friday, christmas, yearly sale, etc.)?
