Art Academy: Lessons for Everyone

Just got a 3DS. This is one "game" that caught my attention. Would be nice to see if I can learn to draw at least reasonably well. Didn't see any deals on it though. CAG doesn't even have the game added to its database for whatever reason.

Does this game ever go on sale? Or is it first party Nintendo so it never drops?
