Can not play certain videos on itunes???

Ok here is the situation. I have brought some bluray itunes redeem codes from this site. I can download them and all. But not all can be play for some reason. Like i can watch deleted scenes but not main video itself. Also just noticed all videos i can't watch are HD version.
Anyone know whats going on?
