If you watched the video. I talk about how back in like 2005, Capcom talked about developing a Resident Evil PSP game exclusive to that system. They could have just improved it and eventually, now are putting it out on the PSV. Just speculation is all. I could be completely inaccurate, but it'd be great if it were true.
 
I did watch.  It would be great if it were true.  I just don't feel like any of the sources that are "revealing" this are legit in any way.  

Trust me, I hope I'm wrong.

I really hope you are wrong too. Capcom said there'd be some surprises. They're already working on a PS4 exclusive called Deep Down.
 
I hope Capcom won't disappoint us again. I didn't like SH:SM or SH:O that much, so i really wished to play RE on PSP, Now i'm looking forward to play it on Vita.
