These have been on clearance for a couple of weeks.  I picked one up from the store I work at and another from a different location.  Great price for what it is.  SKU is 368062.

You can't look it up on the OD web site, because it is discontinued.  If you call your local store or use one of the kiosk computers in-store, you should have no problem seeing if it is in stock nearby.  Good luck.

Link to LG's official product page.

This looks a lot like my current monitor, which I got for about $150 a couple years ago (a very good deal at the time).  It'd be nice to have a second one, as the display is beautiful.  Thanks for the heads up OP.

No HDMI/displayport on it, just one SVGA and one DVI.  Nothing an adapter won't sort out.  Dang those LED monitors are light, only 6 lbs with stand.

This deal is YMMV.  My office depot wanted 139.99 for the monitor and all stores were out of stock.  Jacksonville, Florida.

Cleaned out the last two from the OD in Temple City. According to them it was the last ones in the area that weren't display models (and they wouldn't sell the display units)

$95 + tax each, came out to like ~214 for both or something.

Thanks OP!

I finally have two matching 1920x1080s instead of a janky 1440x900 + 1280x1024 setup. Productivity+!

Oh shit it just occurred to me that my games are going to want higher resolutions which means... I need to upgrade my graphics card! So the chain begins! :bouncy:

Thanks for telling me about it on Steam, lol.

There's only one left at Rowland Heights, CA since I already have an ASUS 23" monitor; finally back to have dual monitors. Hopefully someone gets that last monitor down at that place.

It's really odd that they wouldn't sell the display. If an item is clearance, we're supposed to try and sell the display when it is the last one in stock. Don't quite understand why they'd refuse.

Yeah it's a weird thing, but when they brought out a second one I didn't really care about the display unit anymore.

Very few people even know what input lag is, sadly.

Only thing I can think of is that on the database found here http://www.displaylag.com/display-database/ no LG models rank in the "excellent" range. Not to say thing monitor is automatically bad, but we have no premise to believe it'll be an optimal display. If it were a random 23" Asus display I'd say it'd be worth the risk to check out.

Has anyone been able to hook a ps3 up to this monitor? I bought an hdmi to dvi cable and was able to hook up my monitor no problem, but I tried plugging in my ps3 and am only getting a black screen.

Quick update: was able to get the 23" model for $47.50 earlier today. Worker was surprised at the drop but said it apparently got another price drop. Good luck finding'em though.

There was nothing around me so thought I was SOL. But happened to visit friends farther outta my area and lucked out:). Oh and the 22" model was $37.60

Can I just say that OD's inventory system sucks big time for clearance stuff. At least the workers I've spoken with were all cool.

Whaaaaaaaat.

I wish I could go back and get that price. I haven't opened one of the two monitors yet. Do you think I can get the new price? Maybe a 'return' then a repurchase or something?

If it had been like a $10 price cut I wouldn't have cared, but that's like... another new game right there.

Just a heads up, I got the last one at mine but it was the display model. Nothing on the box said so, but the employees told me at the register. I bought it anyways and it wound up making a high-pitched buzzing noise, so I returned it.

Never had a reason to try return/rebuys at OD. Wonder how it's handled, especially since it's so damn hard to find at this point.

Did the monitor you all purchased come with hdmi in and audio out? According to lg this monitor should have it and mine doesn't...
No HDMI, but I have one of those DVI to HDMI cables to hook up to my video card.

Was able to find one in stock in San Antonio and it was $95. Thanks to the OP. Very happy with it for the price.
On which OD did you find it? If you don't mind me asking
The only one is SA that showed it in stock on their system at the time was the OD at Bandera and 410. I got the only one they had unless some other stores had some and they weren't showing up in the inventory system.

Sweet, I just called my OD today and I had them double check the pricing. They said they'd let me bring my receipt in to match the price because of their low price guarantee. Just saved myself another hundred bucks!

I love everyone who has posted in this thread.

Lucked out on another monitor.  Just that it seems to be rarer than the LG in the OP.

Viewsonic 27" for $130;  item #103522  model #VA2703

Only got it cuz a worker told me about it.  Last one mixed in with all the other boxes.

Was planning on going dual monitor & now I definitely will.  But wouldn't ya know it, my card has DVI and s-video outputs only... Ugh!  Now to figure out what card to upgrade to.

It's ridiculous in 2013 we still have monitors that do not come with a HDMI input, especially when VGA and DVI are on their way. VGA only monitors in 2013 are especially ridiculous.

Granted, I get there are HDMI to DVI converters and cables.
