Confirm your purchase, and turn on Xbox - It will download on your Xbox even i your region is not US

Not sure how long this will last as must be a glitch

The game is terrible, at least compared to the first 2, but its worth a playthrough since this deal makes it free. :) I'm kind of ashamed I played it long enough to have it permanently burned into my Raptr account. >.<

Thanks btw OP for pointing this out. More likely a glitch, but it would be nice to see Microsoft take the PSN route of things with free games
 
Think you might have to be gold to get it.. Its free for me might not bother downloading it though didnt enjoy it that much really. Is this a glitch / mistake on MS behalf or legit?

 
I'm Gold.  It's showing for $19.99 on the xbox marketplace when I go there.
