NJ Police could search cell phones after car crashes without a warrant

friend was in a  wreck  few months back and they sued to get the other persons  cell phone records to  prove they were on the phone and  caused the wreck.. so this really does not shock me

 
Yeah, someone needs to go to the Federal government and get them to do something about states overreaching their power when it comes to invading our privacy.
