Buying a New TV

CAGiversary!
I am looking into buying a new TV to replace my old CRT one. Looking for something I can use mainly for my PS2, PS3, and Wii. Possibly I will use it for a DVD player or cable tv on occasion. I was looking at one that is 32" or bigger. $300 + tax is pretty much a hard cap on my spending limit.

I am looking to find one without much lag, is that an issue on current HDTVs?

Is this a decent TV for the price? This is by far my #1 choice of TV. Mainly because it is a bit bigger than the rest, it is 1080p, and it works with my old composite hookups for my old systems.

My alternatives would be one of these 32" ones in the same price range. I haven't seen these in the store yet, but I was planning on going to check them out and make sure they had the connections I need. I would have to research all of these a bit more. I also may have to pick up component cables for my PS2 and Wii, not sure how to hook anything else up.
