I paid $8.99 for Kingdom Heart. Can I still use the rebate form of $10.99 since I still purchased it between 6.24 and 6.30?

Long as it meets the qualifications the rebate calls for. Worst case scenario you're out postage and an envelope for something you already bough.

IMO shipping kills all the deals. It's a cheap way for newegg to pass on their non selling shovelware. They offer a good rebate but charge $30 dollars in shipping for a $5 dollar game. That kind of cancels the rebate out.
