Sorry if this is posted somewhere else, couldnt find it in any search..
 
FIFA13 (Vita) for $19.99 in both Toys R Us and Target today  (in Bellevue, WA).
 
The Target one is marked as a termporary price drop, but the Toys R Us seems to be in anticipation of the pending FIF14 release.  I hear its not a massive difference for those who have the original FIFA soccer, but if you've been on the fence and can't wait until Sept, then it might be for you..

I will just point out for anyone considering it that this is supposed to be quite bad and it's the unnumbered version for Vita that's supposed to be good.

It's not that it's any worse than the unnumbered Vita soccer game. It's that it's EXACTLY THE SAME as the unnumbered one, except for updated kits and rosters. So unless you are a mega-fan who has to have all the most recent updates (which I assume are probably outdated on 13 at this point) than it would be better to just go for the unnumbered which can be had for cheaper.

I bought the un-numbered version a couple of weeks ago brand new at a thrift shop for $2.99. I don't particularly like soccer, and never really have, but I have been having a lot of fun with the game. Updated FIFA rosters mean nothing to me so this would be a waste for me. However the games themselves are really well done, and the touch screen passing and shooting is really nice. If you can't find the old version, I would grab this one as $20 is a good price for this game.

To be fair Madden 13 had the biggest improvement in it's series in a long time. I still play connected careers to this day and it's enjoyable and got me looking forward to Madden 25.

I was being sarcastic mostly since it was slidecage. Ironically it's the series that's probably gone through the least major changes in actual play this generation, NBA 2K, that seems to get game of the year consideration every year.
