Codes expire whenever, but the keys will stay in your game until you use them. Boot the game up and put in the codes and you should be good forever.

 
Yeh just picked up and after all the codes I think its 43 keys or close to it.

Just watch out as they put the rare item codes in there also (love thumper and shield). They appear in 1st character inventory that you boot up on and are leveled to your character. Meaning if you redeem the code when you start it should be a lvl 7 item which you will quickly outgrow
 
I just got the game today and tried to sign up for a SHIFT account in game.  Didn't wor, had to sign up online website.

But now the thing still won't let me sign in to redeem my keys :(  ANyone else having a problem?
