-$ off any item coupons are available at $5/$10/$25/$50 denominations for 1000 points per dollar. Anything short of that is folly.

Since GameStop apparently changed how coupons work recently, -$ off preowned coupons are an even better deal than that at $5/$10/$20 for 4000/8000/16000 points each, or $1.25 per 1000 points.
