Trade my 360 game for your PS3 game of the same title?

Would anyone be interested in doing a swap where you get my 360 edition and I get in return a PS3 edition of the same title? I'm slowly switching over to an all Sony ecosystem and I have a number of 360 games that I wouldn't mind playing instead on PS3. The following games to be specific:

-- Portal 2 (complete)

-- Saints Row Double Pack (I'd trade this for Saints Row 2 PS3)

-- Saints Row The Third (complete)

-- The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition (sealed)

-- X-Com Enemy Unknown (complete)

My conditions are listed as well. I'd like to keep as close to my condition as possible, but I'm open to suggestion. I may also sell some of these and then buy the PS3 version. I know some of these are included with PS+, but I would like a physical copy anyway.
