Not a bad price but if you haven't bought a PS3 yet you might as well wait until the Holiday season or pick up the Super Slim bundle that best buy has NEW for $219.99

Also I've never had a bad experience with Groupon but they do take awhile to ship

 
Purchased this last week to replace my 40gb which suffered a YLOD.

Got it a few days ago. 

Looks brand new, works like new. Can't beat it.
