3DS XL + Luigis Mansion(Complete) + MK 7(Cart) for $175?

I had a 3DS XL I bought NEW for $150 months ago from craiglist. I know $150 for NEW! Idk it was really shady he came to me in a car and off he went. The 3DS XL legit the code registered on Nintendo and everything. But my stupid young brother kept taking my 3DS to my neighbors house when I was at school/work. I let him play the 3DS but only at home to minimize any physical damage. At one point I had a bunch of games for it; all the Mario games, Kid Icarus, Fire Emblem, etc. But I wasn't using it as much due to being sucked into Persona 4: Golden and Soul Sacrifice on my Vita. So when I went to pick up my 3ds xl I saw a giant white blotch on the screen not 100% white like a hole but the middle of the screen about an inch in radius was extremely washed out light tint and on the right side was a streak of a dark tint. When playing games its easy to not let these imperfections bother you. But I'm not that type of person it bother me just knowing about it. So I sold it on craigslist for $125. And am talking to this guy who's selling a slightly used 3ds xl red with mk7 cart only(not to big a deal i already have it) and luigis mansion complete. I think its a pretty good deal since the lowest us CAGS can buy luigis mansion for is $20 right now anyways. So the 3ds xl would be $150 and the mk 7 would be a bonus i might trade in to GS. The extra $5 is for the train fare to his place and back. What do you guys think?

Can someone also help me out for the TIV of MK7 at gamestop? I cant get the CAG tiv tracker to work :/

As long as it's in good condition, it's not a terrible deal, although brand new XL's can usually be had for ~160-170 during recent sales.

Its in extremely good condition i just picked it up, just stylus is missing. 

honestly if its in great condition like you said then who cares if its used or not. 175 is pretty good deal cause you get 2 games and a like new handheld.

Im gonna sell the mk7 for like $20 so it feels like I got a free copy of luigis mansion and a like new 3ds xl for $150. very happy
