Selling my 360, games and accessories. Is this a fair asking price?

I am trying to sell my 360.  Hoping to make around $350 for all of it.  Wanted to make sure I wasn't being unrealistic.  Here's what I have.  Thanks for any advice.

Honestly $350 seems too high. All the rock band stuff won't sell. And the games are out dated. If I were you I'd try an sell the Elite on CraigsList for $150 probably won't get but $100 for it. And take the games and gear to a GameStop or pawnshop and take what you can get asap.
