This is probably a strange question that has no solution but I was curious if you guys knew something that I'm not thinking of. Is it possible to turn the screens off on a 3DS XL aside from physically closing it or doing a full power down? I can't figure out any way and there isn't even an automatic shutdown after a certain amount of time.
Pressing the power button just gives the sleep mode screen of course. It seems weird to me that Nintendo wouldn't include some way to just suspend the system if the screen is left open. It would just leave the battery draining.
