I agree completely with the bioshock review, game was fun, but there was a lot of "oh this again" feeling.
 
Seems pretty good! I read the Tomb Raider review and left a comment. I like your styling kinda, but maybe talking more about the games would help. Pretty good so far though! ;)

I think your reviews are really good, add a little more humor here and there (like That Guy with the Glasses) and you're golden! Remember: humor/parody sells, so mix a little in! Be creative!

I commented on the Tomb Raider one. As I said there, your reviews take a unique approach to the process, compared to how most reviews are written, which is really cool.

For a negative, I think the layout of your website as a whole is a bit cluttered and clunky, but you'll end up fixing that in time. I did once I had started a site.

Great job, man! Keep it up! And thanks for the giveaway!

 
I commented on the Volgarr the Viking review.

I like the way you review your games because you get all the good things and the bad things of the game.

Also your site is easy to read, you don't get distracted by the colors or crazy designs that some web pages use. (simple and clean is great).

Making the background black and changing the color of the text makes it really easy for the reader to maintain their attention on the review and also helps them to see the good things (in green) and the bad things (red). That helps them to make a quick read if they want to.

You are doing a great job in your site, Cheers and best of luck!

I appreciate anyone starting a site and tryin something new, but your site design is horrible. You should look for another free theme, since you're using Wordpress there should be a ton of them.

Also, here is another cool gaming website for you to draw inspiration from. This guy does giveways all the time but he does it in a creative way to grow his site and take advantage of social networking. If you're planning on doing more giveaways in the future I recommend taking a look. One last thing, are you planning on doing just articles on the site? Personally, I end up watching all my reviews so it might be beneficial for you to change up the format once in awhile. Maybe add just a couple clips to illustrate your points to supplement your written stuff. It's up to you. What you got so far is a good start.

This is great feedback. We were discussing adding video reviews to coincide with the bulletpoints. We didn't know if it would go against the "short, easy to read" format, though. At the very least, the plan is to add more pictures to the articles to make them more eye-catching.

Seriously appreciate your input. We're planning another giveaway soon.

Also, would love to think what you think about our layout now.
