Sunday November 17th Game Stop Offering 90% System Trade in Bonus for those who Preordered Xbox One

Thanks OP, will look to trade my old 3DS....which should bring my total to about $50 out of pocket for my system after my previous trades.

Not getting rid of my 360 or PS3 despite getting the two new consoles, but could be an okay time to unload my DS Lite, but at this point I feel like being able to use it as a GBA player is probably more valuable than whatever TIC I would get for it. Need to make another trade run before Xbox one though, that's for sure.

If the trade-in than cancel works I might do that and pick up a WiiU. So they'd still get my money. My kids want it for xmas and I'm cool with Nintendo games too. Saving almost half (if the $70 TIV has held) on the $300 price tag would be great. Would trade in our slim 360 4GB (we have another 240 GB slim, or whatever the size HDD is, so not giving up 360 entirely). The 120GB HDD we used in it is pulled from a fat 360 (so official, but taken out of original fat case) and in a 3rd party slim HDD case, so I guess they won't take that will they?

Well, that is over. The page has been "eliminated". So either it was announced too soon or they are pulling the plug on it early.

The buying guide has a 360 controller listed as an xbone controller. It made me laugh.
Same here; hilarious, lol.

Does anyone know what they consider iPhones when trading them in? Do you get the full 90% for a console or just the 30%

They're considered electronics. Different category. The 90 percent bonus didn't apply to electronics on PS4 pre-order trade in day. The current trick is getting an extra 30% on electronics when you add a .99 cent pre-owned old sports game to the transaction.

The Gamestop page may be down, but the stores are still doing the bonus on Sunday. Source: was there at closing last night, and that was still the plan.

If they wind up doing this again then I highly recommend doing it. I received $170 for my 250 gb slim with Kinect and an extra controller. I was planning on selling it for $175 so I basically got what I wanted without all of the hassle.
