Boardwalk Empire 1-3 $16.99 - $17.99 Each @ Amazon

Picked up Season 3 of Boardwalk Empire, but waiting for a lower price on Seasons 1 & 2 since they've been out longer (and IMO, the series really hits its stride in Season 3).

FYI, BoB/Pacific are $20 each at the WBShop with ANYCODES5 and filler item.  Credit to sdbison @ SD.

Hmmm, it looks like quite a few things are a much better deal at WBShop, including Rome individual sets for $15 each and then the codes.

damn. Too bad I already own all the Boardwalk Empire and Tru Blood seasons. I was contemplating Girls but the second season isnt really a good price. So holding off.

Definitely think Rome is worth it at those prices.  Just bought it not too long ago and only seen the first season but it's pretty damn good.  Paid $19.99 per season but I'm still pleased with the purchase(just wish I had waited a little while longer now).  Here you're getting both seasons for $25.78 after code.

It looks like the ANYCODES5 code is dead- I added The Pacific and the filler item exactly as described in the OP and all I get is a red message saying "The items in the cart do not yet meet the conditions of this coupon."  I get the same message when trying the RMN5 code discussed here: http://www.cheapassgamer.com/topic/322702-wbshop-tv-box-set-on-sale/.

Anyone else having any luck or trouble with this promotion today?

EDIT: Nevermind.  Whatever was wrong with ANYCODES5 before has been resolved- I just completed an order for The Pacific and Airplane! for $24.08 shipped.

Thanks OP!

Anyone think Rome is worth the price? Curious about the series and considering blind buying it.
Excellent show, if you enjoyed Gladiator or the political drama of shows like Boardwalk Empire, Rome is definitely worth a blind buy. The production values are incredibly high and the only negative is that it doesn't really last long enough, leaving you wanting more. Luckily, this show received notice that they wouldn't be getting picked up for a third season, so they were able to compact a bunch of stuff into the second half of the second season that makes for a more fulfilling ending than shows like Deadwood.

Buy it, if only the first season. Second season for me is a mixed bag though. It's super depressing since it tears down everything season one built up but it still has the same great production values. I'm not saying don't watch the second season, but for me personally I only re-watch the first and sort of wish I could erase what happens in the second one from memory.

That alone tells you just how strong of a show it is because I care that much lol.

Can someone tell me if there is a difference between buying the individual seasons of Rome versus the Complete Series?   Is there any bonus content that is exclusively available on the Complete Series that is not available on the individual seasons?

Amazon has the each individual season at $19.96 and 2 listings for the Complete Series ($71.25 and "There is a newer version of this item:" one for $107.99)

From what I seen it looked just like bonus features really. I opted for the two seasons via Wb for 15 a piece and free shipping :) I really don't watch many of the special features on TV shows anyway, so it was a no brainer for me.

Yeah, they're half-assing a PM to BB today. They should all be $17-18 a season once they get their act together.
Amazon's PM has been pretty bad to start off this BF. Why they haven't just matched all the Blu on TV sets from the BB sale is beyond me & the dropping it within a few dollars is a slap in the face that's not gonna fly with me.

Just wanted to check in and let you guys know that the first season just dropped to $17.99 on Amazon. I just bit on the first and the third. Still waiting on the second season to drop, though.

Son of a ... well at least I got the price adjusted at Amazon ... no such luck on the WB impulse buy of seasons 1 & 2 ...

Picked up Cards, War of the Damned, Justified 3, & the first two Boardwalks(picked up 3 the other night, first two are on backorder, which is fine by me), my first major(over $50) Blu-ray BF order. Hopefully Amazon is just being slow & gonna step up in the next day or two.
