Ehhh. Never finished MW2, MW3, WaW, Blops 1 or 2. Finished this one in five days and loved it! IW really knows how to make an action game with these over the top scripted events. Treyarch's back and forth confusing as hell storyline never sat well with me either. This game was really fun to play. I am currently going back thru the levels to get the trophies for doing secondary things. Can't wait for the sequel!!

 
If you're looking for an FPS fix on ps3/360 ghosts is the way to go.

If you've got an x1 or ps4, battlefield 4 is superior in every single way. It's a totally different game than the ps3/360 versions.

They give 33 in trade so u can do the upgrade to ps4 and just trade it in after
 
I thought it was pretty good.
I'm one of the few who play COD for the campaign, and thought the story was OK. I'm terrible at multiplayer, so I never even touch it, but I am enjoying the Squads mode in this. Its like 'multiplayer for dummies' . I get the mp experience, without getting killed every two seconds. Or having to listen to 13 yr olds yell at each other.
 
I maxed prestige every other cod but I just can't get into the Ghosts Multiplayer. I played some of SP and it wasn't bad. I play mostly extinction and that is getting old with only map. The horde mode is interesting but can't find anyone to play as a team. Seems like my friends are split between xbox 360, Xbox one and ps4 so there is never a full squad online. I actually keep throwing in bf4 which surprises me because I didn't play much bf3

This almost exactly describes me also! Never played much bf3 but I'm loving bf4 (when it works..)

As far as multiplayer, I absolutely LOVED mw1, MW 2, and mw3 multiplayer, but ghosts is complete trash to me. to anyone who enjoyed any of the modern warfares, you may want to hesitate before buying..
 
good looking out!! thanks! got a ps3 copy, store pickup $31.02! but yea i have to agree with most here saying it "sucks"..i wouldnt go that far, but its not the best cod, thats for sure. ive been playing on pc and have had quite a few rage quits lol, but really only due to the hackers. getting this copy so i can play with my psn friends..cheers guys!

Man, Gamers Club is really saving me a ton of money already.
....and saving some money for my friends as well. I've probably picked up about 25 games for myself and friends since the 20% started.
 
So how does the GCU membership work now? I quit paying the $15 after 2 years because of the lack of intelligence around Bestbuy.

It's the same except all new games are 20% off. Membership was jacked up (as you mentioned) to $120 for two years. However, they offered a $30 for 2 year renewal coupon for those with current accounts.

 
If BBY would not have refunded me more than half of my BF order I would be all over this since it was $40 then.  But I will take the CoD:Ghosts, BF4 and Batman:AO I got for $42 total instead.

 
I was able to price match this over the phone . Best buy has the holiday low price guarantee which started on 11/3 and goes through 12/24 so even if you bought it on release day you should be able to price match down to 38.99 . Now if you have gcu it might make life harder for you , I do but had no issues getting the price match .
