It seems like a good deal the 25 dollar gamestop gift card seems like it makes up for the lack of memory and you get Nintendo Land.

Edit: Toys R Us and New egg  have it for 250 out right no gift cards but Newegg is 5 dollar shipping and Toys r Us only has free ship to store

I got the $220 one too but this is indication that these might go on clearance or drop lower in price since they are not selling. Some people on another forum were posting that they got these at TRU stores for $199 very YMMV at this point.
 
Bad news for Nintendo If they aren't selling.  I had hope the wii u was oding better because many of the wii u games were out of stock on Walmart.com. I at least need Watch Dogs to come out before Nintendo is the only developer supporting the Wii U
